Your Dedicated Support Person will be working with you hand in hand and will always be available to help you with all aspects of your ecommerce account, including Technical Support as well as billing issues or any other issues that may arise with your account. From the moment your Dedicated Support Person gets your trouble ticket, he/she will immediately goes to work and every step of the job is recorded by our fully automated support system. Since our help ticket system is done through data entry, both you and your Dedicated Support Person has a copy’s of all communications since the problem started. As soon as you become a client with us, your Dedicated Support Person will contact you with their private contact information and from there on he/she will be working with you in any way possible. All support requests via phone, ticket or email related to your server management or site uptime are free of charge. In case you need to install and configure additional third party software on your server which requires developers and admin assistance on our end, we will send you additional service quota based on the work required.
